My kids love it. I write out math problems and my 9 year old solves them. We went on a trip and doing math and drawing pictures on the jot and playing hangman kept them occupied
It was a giftcard purchase. Site was easy to use and make purchase. card was sent to email within 10 minutes. Made it to where i didn't buy the card and then forget about it. Made my actual purchaase within minutes
Mine stays in my purse my hubby keeps one in his inside jacket pocket and I got 2 for my daughter and my sister too. I had mine for a long time that was given to me and didn’t know what it was til I finally looked it up. Since then I have had mine on me at all times it’s so handy esp if you’re like me and can NEVER find a pen when you need one. With this literally you can write with anything on it! Hubby lost his stylus and used a toothpick I’ve used a beading needle and even a pen cap and it worked like a charm.
They’re the perfect addition to my Jot Kids that I use in the classroom! I have made/am making practice for the kids to slide in and complete. I constantly use the Jot Kids as scrap paper for the kiddos to work out their math problems.
I received a grant form my school and purchased a class set along with 2 teacher boards. No more dry erase markers and boards! I love the easy to use Boogie Boards!
This Jot™ Writing Tablet with Folio is so soothing and therapeutic. I love just sitting on my couch and doodling without committing anything to paper. I can effortlessly erase by the push of a button. There's no complicated shut down process in fact you don't turn it off at all. I don't have to remember to charge it it's just ready to go all the time. My 3 year old daughter loves to draw on it and it is no mess. It is perfect for car rides as I don't have to worry about markers on my car seats windows or doors. It is also great for my daughter to take to restaurants. I'm already looking into buying more for Christmas gifts this thing is awesome!
We love this product. It is so handy to use when communicating with my Dad who is hard of hearing. We can write to him and he can speak his answer back to us. It's so easy to use and saves us from using many pieces of paper that just get thrown away. Great product!
I received this Jot™ Writing Tablet with Folio and love it. My memory is not what it use to be so I have a tendency to write lists directions dates and much more. This handy little tablet fits in my pocket book so that it’s easily assessable for when I need it. Once I’ve accomplished my list it is so easy to erase. Since it is battery operated I don’t have to deal with cables or recharging it. I really enjoy using this.

They are for Christmas. I checked both and they worked great.I have an older adult board that my grand kids and I use. And it is 6 yes old and going strong.
I purchased to use in my home office I find that I can't see the templates that came with it in order to use them it is way too dark on the screen. I am just using it to jot freeform notes which is fine. I love it otherwise just wish I could see the templates!
I picked this out thinking that it would be helpful for keeping notes around the kitchen. I was intrigued that it had magnets on the back a cover that neatly covers the screen and an app that would allow me to keep the notes. While the tablet is easy to write on and clears readily all essential qualities I found that the rest of the features fall short of expectations. The magnets do not work well in my kitchen because it follows one of two scenarios: either the folio cover hangs open and gets caught on passersby or if I flip the folio over around to the back then the magnets aren't strong enough to work through the folio. In the end my hopes to keep this on my fridge didn't pan out. As for the app it's rather finicky. It's neat that it will convert the photo into a white-background black-drawing. However if the lighting in the room isn't just right then I also get a bunch of glare spots in the image that look like black blobs. So this is a fine writing tablet with the rest of the features performing slightly below expectations. My kids on the other hand just love it and use it more than I do for doodles and drawings.
There was a problem with my initial order but customer service was outstanding and quickly resolved it. I gave it to my granddaughter for an early Christmas present and she loved it. She especially liked the many different templates that she could trace.
I had no idea that a writing tablet was even a thing until I received this one. I really had no idea what to expect and really wish I'd have found one sooner! I am constantly writing little notes for work or reminders for my family or grocery lists etc. I can only imagine how many note pads and postits I go through. I haven't had to use either since receiving this writing tablet. It is ready to use right out of the box and is very simple to use. It writes nicely and the app is a nice feature to keep notes with you. The cover is nice and keeps you from writing on the tablet when in a bag or carrying it. The only thing I wish it wasn't so touchy. My hand always puts marks on it when writing. Not a huge deal though. I've also let my kid use the tablet in the car to keep the occupied. I'll eventually get one for them! I love it and use it daily! Definitely recommend getting one!

It’s great but last one I had included a magnet on the back to attach it to a metal surface. Was disappointed this one didn’t. Other than that. - love it!
My kids and I love the Jot Writing Tablet with Folio. It comes with a stylus but you can actually use other things to write on it in case the stylus isn't readily available. It erases with the touch of a button which my kids enjoy a lot. It comes in a cute protective cover that has magnets on the back. The only area of improvement for me involves the case. It would be nice if the case had a button or velcro to keep it closed. Overall this a great product. I highly recommend this product.
The Magic Sketch is comparable to other boards being sold. What does set this board apart are the stencils which are great. I was 3 days to early with my purchase to qualify for template offer. I even contacted Magic Sketch and they wouldn’t help me couldn’t believe my request wasn’t honored.
This is an awesome little note door sign. Took one star off because it's a little dim. But overall it's fantastic. I have one at home and the smaller one at the office.
Does what it’s designed to do. Contrary to what other reviewers have stated the battery is replaceable. Just remove the 4 screws off the back and the battery is easily reachable.My only complaint is that it’s thin design makes is susceptible to being damaged from bending (which is what eventually did mine in). Got a lot of use out of it for the price.
I LOVE my Boogie Board! I got one for my kids and it was so fun watching their faces light up when they discovered the Erase button. Very cool product!!!
I bought the Magic Sketch for my niece and she's already loving it. She stays busy for hours. The storage case is great for clean up when she's done sketching or even great for on the go.
The grandkids loved it. They enjoyed all the different templates for drawing. Even the adults were using them. The storage tray that snaps on is perfect for holding the templates.
I got the Hot writing tablet. It has a stylus to write on the pad writes easily. It erases and doesn't leave marks. It has magnets on the back to hang on refrigerator and stays put. Can be used over and over.
I bought this for 3 of my grand daughters age 678 and they loved it!!! They used them on and off all weekend and felt so grown up with their own notebooks!!!
I won one of these in a giveaway as soon as I saw it I immediately went and bought another for my other child. Both of my kids play with these so much. They very much enjoy it! These save so much paper and has endless fun. It’s also a great on the road activity.
Most of the templates I received were duplicates of those included in the Disney pack. I was excited for the learning templates but they were minimal and included alphabet tracing for letters A-J only. Templates are made of flimsy paper that tears easily rather than sturdy card stock. When I contacted the company about not receiving the whole alphabet they just told me that it’s a variety pack and you don’t know what you will get. I didn’t understand that from the description.
This device has been a game changer during homework time at my house. My daughter does not mind doing her spelling homework now. She really enjoys the fact that all you do is push a button to erase your work. Every school in the country ought to have these available for all students to use.
This is our second one. We had our first one for about 8-10 years. We love the ease of being able to grab it to explain concepts do quick math or teach the kids. We use it for family polling to help make decisions. Small lists of todos. Just about anything that would normally take paper then be thrown away. Saves a lot of paper over its life.
My grandkids LOVE it ! I had purchased the dog for each of them for Christmas - they were such a hit ! I purchased each a ladybug for Gigis car ! Love that they attach to car seat !
My 4 year old loves this it is great for free hand drawing she traces on it and the activity sheets are great add to her learning. Its ideal for the car and long road trips. Even my 18 month old enjoys it. The company is great their customer service was really helpful when our first board didn't properly they sent a replacement that works great! Thanks!
Great toy! Even though it says for age 4+ my 2-year old grandson loved scribbling on his brother's boogie board so I got him one of his own . You just have to supervise with the pointed stylus. This will be great for a car trip we are planning to take in a couple of months. I like that it comes with a case. The first one I bought did not have a case.
