I could not get the company to replace this puzzle because it had missing pieces. Even though they still carry the product.
I am very unhappy with the lack of service. If you can't replace the same puzzle because it had missing pieces even though you still carry the product for sale, then you are not worth it to me. We loved this puzzle and had to buy a new puzzle to complete it. You are not getting my business again. I even called the company and explained it. They said it's because the pieces would not fit. Not true, the new one I had to buy fit just as well. Bad company policy, you lost a customer.
