Buffalo Games has implemented significant safety, health, sanitizing and occupancy rules that allow us to continue operation, although at a much-reduced output capacity. This includes us not using temporary workers who haven’t been with us for 14 days, the regular stopping and sanitizing of machines, limiting overall number of on-site employees, and other best practices.

Buffalo Games makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in workmanship. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces to your jigsaw puzzle, and the puzzle has been produced within the past 4 years, we will replace it with a puzzle of the same image (unless discontinued), without question or qualification. Simply complete the form below and we will send you a replacement puzzle free of charge. Please note that we are not able to replace missing individual pieces, and there is no guarantee that the pieces from a replacement puzzle will fit into the original.
