Q: Where is my order?

You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. If you created an account during checkout, sign in with the same email address and password to check on orders updates. Learn more about shipping by clicking here.
Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?

We start processing your order when you submit it so we cannot cancel, edit or add products to your order. You can read our cancellation and return policy here.
Q: I’m missing a puzzle piece!

Buffalo Games makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in workmanship. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces to your jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or continue to our missing piece form. Simply complete the form here and we will send you a puzzle free of charge from our selection of replacements. At this time we have a limited selection replacement process in place for puzzles, however, we will do our best to offer you a sufficient replacement puzzle. Please note that we are not able to replace missing individual pieces.
Q: My puzzle or game arrived damaged, what do I do?

We apologize for any issues you had with your Buffalo Games product. If you have a damaged jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or use our missing piece form to get a new puzzle. If you are missing a poster, have a problem with one of our games, or some other product defect please use this form and we will help you the best we can.
Q: What’s your return policy?

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the objective of making our customers happy. If you need help with a recent purchase, email us at [email protected] so we can find a solution. Thank you for choosing Buffalo Games products!
Q: Where do you ship?

We are currently only able to process orders for the USA. Apologies to our non-US followers and fans.
Q: When will a product be back in stock?

We are constantly issuing new images to keep things fresh for our customers. Please check back often as inventory is updated online weekly.
Q: Where are Buffalo products manufactured?

Buffalo, NY is now the premier manufacturing facility for jigsaw puzzles and games in North America, and while much of our production is done there, we have expanded some production into world-class facilities in China to meet the growing customer needs.

Buffalo Games services more than 3,000 retail customers in the U.S. and Canada.
